The goods are shipped through Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. About the purchase and delivery of products to other countries or questions about collaboration, please contact here. The goods are sent by the Seller to parcel terminals, by post or delivered to the address specified by the customer.


To fulfill the order, the Seller assembles the order and hands it over to Omniva, Latvijas Ekspress pasts or DPD for delivery.

The ordered goods are delivered to the place specified by the customer within 14 working days from the moment the contract enters into force, i. from the moment the full amount of the order is credited to the bank account of the Online Store, if the product is in a showroom or warehouse.


In exceptional cases, for example, when sewing to an individual size or a custom size, as well as when the product is not in stock, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 working days, of which the customer is informed by sending an e-mail. If the shipment is delivered to a parcel terminal, an SMS message with a door opening code is sent to the telephone number specified in the order. The door opening code needs to be entered into the parcel terminal, then the door will open. The parcel can be received at the parcel within 7 days from the moment the parcel was delivered.


In an emergency situation in the country or in the partner countries, the delivery of the order may be delayed.
