2. What we do?

SIA 2 in 1 group is an agency arranging weddings, christenings and other festivities. The basic activity of SIA 2 in 1 group is provision of services in planning and arrangement of events and sale of clothes in the online store and salon.

3.1. In order to render you the necessary services and maintain a high service level, on each separate occasion we collect and process the scope of data required for the particular purpose (e.g. name, surname, Personal Identity Number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other information about you, etc.).

3.2.2. draft, sign and fulfil contracts;

8.1.6. the right not to be the subject of a decision based on solely automated processing, including profiling, that may cause legal consequences for you or similarly affect you in a serious way;

8.1.7. You may also revoke your consent to processing your personal data at any time. Revoking of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of already executed data processing at the time when such processing was allowed. As regards receipt of commercial information, you may refuse to receive them at any time by using the automatic reject option placed at the end of the commercial content or by sending a request to stop communication to the e-mail address info@2in1.lv.

8.1.8. the right to apply to the State Data Inspectorate.

8.2. In order to exercise your right to access your personal data and receive information on their processing (data subject’s request), you may submit your request on the exercise of your rights electronically by using a safe digital signature.

8.3. Upon receipt of your data subject’s request, we need to ascertain your identity in order to ensure security of data processing and guarantee that the personal data are not disclosed to unauthorized parties, therefore the requests not arranged according to the set requirements, for example, lacking safe digital signature, will not be processed as data subject’s requests.
